Gary, remember where I come from mate... There's every chance you're actually closer, hehe. Seriously though, given there's folks from the midlands, etc, who wanna come along, I can't see an issue with a Norfolk contingent. Ask Greg nicely, maybe bribe him with biscuits

As Jim said....every FOG member is invited to come down to our picnics...will be some weekenders coming up in the new year... along the lines of.... arrive friday evening, setup camp in the woods BBQ camp fire etc...and beer... Saturday PICNIC activities...bbq lunchtime...more picnic stuff...bbq campfire in evening + night offroading then beer! Sunday fun trial competition, and team recovery and usual picnic activities...then BBQ lunch...then more activities...then home late afternoon... Will be wicked....  You gotta be there

FogMan, It was my first time out with the SE group - well any group in fact - and it was a great day! You've got to come along and say Hi... And the BBQ was yummy, Burgers, sausages, BBQ chicken, bacon, onions, teas - loads - in fact there was even leftovers (Caution - Chicken is very hot when it comes off the BBQ..... isnt it Greg  ) John & Tribe

Just touching on a word of caution as we have been driving our motors hard on the play days. I took my nearside autolocking hub off today and the snap pin/circlip was not doing it's job. It was not seated in the slot and the autolocker just pulled straight off without the struggle of removing the circlip. The circlip in question was a Vauxhall main dealer snap pin and was only fitted new a few months ago. Might be that I hadn't fitted it properly, but I do remember on the previous picnic day, when I needed a second attempt to get up the slope with the fallen tree roots, there was a crack when a wellied it to get up past the roots (see vid).
