Re laning
IIRC from last time we were there the lanes in Northamptonshire are all closed (TRO'd) until the 1st May and there wan't much in Leicestershire
With the 1st May being a bank holiday it is quite possible that they will still be locked as some were last time.

Would have loved to come to this one just for the social side (no way I'm using my current drive for anything not on tarmac ), but I'm already away this weekend.
I do have the laning maps used from last time though if anyone wants them (Bobbins, RobFog)?

Just the lane routes.
My concern was that the Northants lanes which were IMO the better ones will be closed.

I'm sure I remember from past visits that Northamptonshire puts a seasonal TRO on for 4x4's from the beginning of October to the end of April. It's been that long since I've been to Avalanche though, that I can't remember if lanes are physically blocked. Blocked or not though, they shouldn't be driven if a TRO is in force.

Paul, if you can spare a moment I'd love the routes and any other details you have, I'll see what I can make of it.

My memory of last time was that the Leicestershire lanes were open and when we attempted the Northants ones on the 1st May a couple were still locked, probably due to the bank holiday weekend. I also remember helping unlock one
