Frontera Technical Support

Hi.
My laptop with windows 10 was playing my videos from my camcorder without any problems.
All of a sudden it will only play the audio.
Doing my head in. Can anyone help please?
Keep it simple though. lol.

This normally related to codes that are required for the various file types. Try installing vlcplayer and let me know.

Hi bud.
Downloaded VLC player and everything is ok now. Made it the default player and is working fine.
