prop shaft damage

Not sure if this is the right place but here goes.
Yesterday I performed am emergency stop and heard one almighty bang like something heavy flying thru the cabin into the back of the passenger seat.On close inspection today in the daylight I found that the torsion bar adjuster bolt had snapped.Some part of the bolt/washer combination made contact with the prop shaft and put a penny sized dent in it .Will this cause me any problems due to imbalance etc?

If it was me I would replace the propshaft because it may of cracked the steel under the paint.

I've got a 2.5 rear prop I can send up if you need one mate...can grab you a torsion bar adjuster bolt to...
Can have shipped tomorrow, for delivery monday....or possibly saturday even (but the couriers charge a lot more for that)...

Prop vibrating even slightly can damage the output on your TF box, and the pinion bearings (new axle) so I wouldnt chance it mate like Andy said.

Change the propshaft AND check the end of the transfer box from the joint in the casing to where the rear prop fits.

Don't end up doing this....
