On my way home tonight on a Lochlibo road A736, saw a wee swb B, being nursed along the road @ a snails pace with the hazards on. I didnt pull over, he had a vehicle behind, defending him from traffic, with someone waving vehicles past as they idled along the road. Hope whatever is wrong, its not terminal.
