Hi all
Just a quick question
Does any one know if monterey wheels will fit on my frontera b. i have looked for the pcd and it is coming up with different results. there are a set for sale on ebay but says they are 6 x 120 pcd but searching brings up that montereys have the same pcd as my frontera. im in desperate of 2 tyres but don't want to pay silly money as im not quite sure how long the engine is going to last in her.

Vauxhall Frontera/Monterey/Brava, Isuzu Trooper/Bighorn/Wizard/Mu, Mitsubishi Pajero/Shogun/L200, Toyota Hilux/Surf will all fit.

However all have different offsets meaning some will stick out further than others.

Failing that you can get the wheels and if the tyres are the same size then you can just swap them onto your current rims. Find a local tyre fitters (not a mainstream one like ATS or Kwikfit as they only fit new tyres) that is willing to swap them before buying first though.

Don't know if this is of use but the 4x4 tyre place on the A1 at Leeming Bar has decent looking (not fitted mine yet) tyres suitable for road and gentle off road for about £80 each. Not cheap but cheaper than most places I've found.

Thanks for the help. I got 5 Bridgestone duller ht on alloys from ebay 2 tyres are good 1 is nerely new and 1 will do as a spare but is probably junk and the other is definitely junk. All for 150 deliverd . So if I weigh in or sell the alloys it wont have been a bad purchase.

Happy as larry haha now i have 4 tyres that are not very good on the road in wet conditions. makes for an interesting drive. But better than bald ones. the old tyre must have gone egg shape or something was worn on one part about 10 inch.
