Can i offer my frontera to a forum member instead of Ebay

I have 31 posts therefore not allowed to advertise.
I have used this forum for may be 3 years and its been a massive help so thanks to all.
I haven't used the frontera for a year and it has no MOT or Tax so i guess its heading to "Spares or Repair" on ebay.
The point is i would rather that someone on this Forum had it rather than ebay but the rules preclude me from "advertising".
If i cannot offer it on here then I willl stick it on the dreaded ebay and face the "slings and arrows" of all that come with that beloved on line auction site.
Would someone let me know if its possible to put it on here? I would much rather the car, as a whole, went to someone that has helped me.

Hiya Mang...

Not a problem if you want to offer your car to member on here, please prepare your ad (remembering no phone numbers or email addresses as per forum rules) and I will authorise is for you.
The reasoning for the ruling on selling on FOG is to stop people joining just to sell their car, wheras you have been a member for a fair while and have contributed to the forum with 32 worthwhile posts, wheras it would be easy for someone to achieve the 50 with pointless ones.
Good luck with your sale, and dont forget some piccies, and whereaboouts you are...I might even be interested, fancy a V6...

The Frontera was brilliant for the 2.5 years I ran it but i dont need it anymore.
Yes its a V6, its on a 1999 plate and done about 100k (I think) it needs some work to get it up together but I am open to offers really (leaking steering pump). Just prefer it to go to one of the good guys rather than a ebay charlatan.
