Hi All, my DTI is still off the road and i'm missing it (have to travel by bus to work) It's not getting fuel at the injectors so people including diesel specialists are saying it's the pump, most want me to take it off and sent it in for diags which sounds like too much hassle, I have a used replacement one which needs fitting so calling on anyone who can help me with this, I understand the timing will need to be locked in order to change it, anyone have a kit? or shall we go with cable ties? Also needs a couple of bits for MOT Nearside front wheel bearing Front brake pipes Rear brake pipes Corrosion on both rear door steps/wheel arch No idea of dates as I understand most of you will be getting ready for the annual so I'm open to suggestions. As usual tea/bacon sarnies will be provided.

Sorry bud, I'm away next weekend as I've said before changing the pump is the easy bit, removing everything around it so you have space to remove it is the hard part . I think I still have a saved copy of a how to on the laptop that has pictures on it, I'll have a look for ya and let you know

What do you mean you don't have much experience with the dti's? You've spent almost as much time with mine as I did lol

I would be interested in joining this one when its on.. again no real knowledge of DTi's (yet) but OK with everything else.. I also now have a DTi with a dead fuel pump so will have to do the same! Also to replace injector seals and fuel lines from front to back ( I know the metal pipes have gone porus/leaky also )..
