Just to let you know that i have passed a list of names of the people attending this prestigious meet to Chris the owner of the site. She has asked that could all members report to the office on arrival to book in please!!!!! If i think of anything else i will post on here so please keep looking at this thread.

I have passed forum names Jim as i don't know a lot of the peoples real name's! I hope to arrive by 10:00 but Snapper and Andytats will be there on thursday! So you can arrive when ever you like mate!!!!! I will organise the pitches and parking when i get there.

Cheers for that Bobby, I very much doubt I'll be much earlier, as I don't want to get going until the morning rush is done with.

I can bring along a spare tent if anyone might fancy it - room for two bodies plus kit, I'd say

When Lisa & I went to that camp site last year it took us 6 and a half hours and that was with 3 coffee breaks.

Google maps says 3hrs 40 for me, so about 4hours after I wake up lol, unless there's a convoy going on - I'll check the other threads

Google Maps says 3 hours 15 for me, but I gather it will take longer at a steady 60mph. I also won't be able to leave until 15:30 so hopefully wont be arriving too late...

I found this out last year..
Just a heads up if your satnav takes you up the A5 past Shrewsbury then onto the B5396 be prepared ( especially if you are towing a caravan ) for a long tight & bendy drive with steep hill. It's a nicer drive on your clutch sticking to the A5 past the Corwen carwash then take the A494 to Bala.
