Auto for off roading?

The auto boxes are pretty bomb proof.

Not having a has a old burning one you'll have to ask someone one who has one.

As with any auto when you get it change the fluid and check the milage then ever 10k if you tow a lot or do lots of offroading change it if your a normal road user every 20k change it to get the best out of it as the atf fluid goes thinner as it cooks when it gets to hot that if why they start getting a little jerky between gear changes and you have to rev more for the initial bite point

Just thought I'd conclude this by saying I did end up buying a V6 Auto so hopefully once I've fitted my mud tyres and done a 2in suspension lift I should get to find out how good the auto is off road!
