Biodiesel

Don't know if this is in the right place, but does anyone know where you can purchase Biodiesel from in the Berkshire/Reading area? With increasing fuel prices biodiesel seems to be the right way to go.

try costco or if you know any one with a cash n carry card use svo its about £1 a liter

Bio Diesel is not Veg Oil or Straight Veg Oil (SVO) or Waste Veg Oil (WVO), it is however made from Veg Oil either new or used

You really need to think about twin tanks and a heating system if you are going to use Veg Oil in a Direct Injection engine

Proper Bio Diesel however is fine in the 2.8, have been running my 2.8 for 3 years on the stuff as well as a Freelander, Pug 306 and 2.5 Jeep Cherokee

I usually get mine from Bristol Biofuels in Avonmouth but do have another source where I can occasionally get Bio from

Just to clarify I do not want to use veg oil or used veg oil directly into the tank or separate tank, I want to use BioDiesel straight in the tank and wanted to know if there was anywhere in the Berkshire/Reading area where I could purchase it from as fuel stations don't sell it at the pumps yet so would go and get a supply of it. Maybe in the future I would use the twin tank set up but have no need for it yet as I don't use the car for work.
