OK, just for Ste, the unedited version of "The deviil comming out": clicky Irresponcible behaviour I know, but might have something to do with an audience on the far bank.

OOOOOHHHH how happy I would be
I sort off like splashes Reckon I would take a chance Reckon I would with a board or tarp across the front . As long as it wouldnt upset the locals , eco surroundings and was legal ect. But realistically to be that silly it should be a pay and play day, though the water there is often alot muddier When are we having a P+P Day ? Ste 3ish Ste

We Can See you Like Splashing Around Every Time You Post !!!! Your Avatar says it all Mate!! But Everything we Did on that Drive was properly Recce'ed (by me and some with Andy), Was done Safely (We stopped before Coughton and Had a Good look at the Level and I answered questions about the Road Surface!), In Fact I think I pi**ed some people off as I stopped at nearly every ford and talked about it! Maybe Less chat next time hmmmmmm And with Minimal Impact on the Surrounding Areas/Locals (The young Boy in his Dads Arms at Coughton when we did the Splashthroughs was Laughing his head off and had a HUGE Smile!! And at No Point did I see anyone or anything damaging the Enviroment in any way) As to any move being Legal, All of the Roads with Fords on that we went through were National Speed Limit 60Mph , We did considerably Less than that and Less than 10mph on the Green Lane IF we had had Time I was thinking about taking all the Vehicles down Berry Hall Lane as that floods every time it rains! But even after all that rain we had, Solihull Ford was dry so there was no Fording Reason to head that way! Rant Over Steve
No need for a rant...
I have absolutely no problems with what we did that evening. That particular ford was the only one we "let our hair down" on (in). Green laning is a little more contentious, in that there is an element that wants to see vehicular use of the lanes banned (we've recently lost half of the lanes that were available to us). Ste's right though - a Pay & Play day is tempting. Lawrence
I can highly reccommend Coney Green Farm in Stourport - especially the hill of hell
Could turn it into another monster Fronty meet? ![]()
Trugga..Great bit of footage.
what setup do you use : eg camcorder editing software etc its something im intrested in doing myself, but would'nt know where to start Any Tips
Cheers Pete.
I use a Sony Handycam Digital 8, with "super steady shot", model DCR-TRV355E, which I bought for £150 from a guy at work (3 months old, only been used on Christmas day). I borrowed a freinds lipstick camera and rigged it up on Frontera's roofrack - that captured some great footage. Whilst it came with a USB lead, I bought a Firewire card and lead to get the digital tape footage to the PC. On the PC, I use Windows Movie Maker 2 (that comes with Windows XP) to edit the footage. I author the DVD's using Sonic's MyDVD that came with the DVD writer, although I'm also playing with Uleads Movie Factory, which does a better job but takes much, much longer to do it. The video clips you've seen are reduced in size to 320x240, allthough when written to DVD they are proper TV quality (the camera will also do widescreen as well) A few useful links http://www.camcorderinfo.com/bbs/ http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/Forums/Default.aspx DCR-TRV355E If you have a video camera phone and can get the clips to your PC, give Windows Movie Maker a try. Some of my other videos I hope that helps Lawrence
