Sorry for my absence!!! What a month it has been.

Ok I have started to put the routes together, there are a heck of a lot to choose from! I have a good idea now, but I just need to check that they are open and no restrictions placed upon them.

I have just had a quick scan over the posts, and I am getting the feeling that most people are wanting a campsite over rough camping.

Dannyboy - are you able to update the first post to show exactly who is up for this weekend as it is a little unclear at the mo.

if the date was changed to a week later is there anyone that can not attend that has said they are going on the 19th? I would onl-y change if everyone who has commited can attend. Please PM if you prefer to remain annonymous.

A lot of the lanes are in the south lakes area, around grizzdale forrest. so I will be looking to stay in that area, if anyone has any suggestions please let me know, if not i will fire off a load of emails in the next couple of days.

If anyone has any interest in the routes drop me a pm and ill email them over.

Id be very greatful if the dates could be changed but of course I don't expect it if people can't do that weekend, as you said Steve only if everyone committed can change.

Worst comes to the worst I might be able to pop up for sat only but doubt it would be financially viable for one day

Just to confirm I'm ok for the weekend of the 19th which I believe was the original date I now can't do the others due to other commitments.
If a meeting point can be confirmed in a post so I can pick it up I'm away until the early part of April off roading in France with the Normandy 4x4 guys and then at a Landy Rally reunion also in France the return date is still to be confirmed but I should be home around the 4th April.
So it's home drop off the Discovery pack my stuff in the Frontera then away to the lakes, can't wait
