I am in the process of refurbing my wheels and i was wondering if anyone could suggest somewhere i could take them to get them sandblasted

If they are alloys I would tend to go for bead blasting sooner than sand as it can be pretty prutal on the alloy...
In honesty its not neccesary normally though, and I do loads of wheels...
80 grit out any flakey bits and feather in with 180...then etch prime and apply several thick coats of hi build primer (2k is better, like lechler green Ti)...
then guide coat and block out, stopper any imperfections and flat out and hi build again, guide coat and block out, degrease, panel wipe, tack off and base and clear them...job done.

Nah that would be 1, 2, 3 .... 87, 88, 89 etc etc. I had far more than 60 dents
