What Auto transmision?

Weve got a megane mate and its great, nothing wrong with french cars its the auto gearboxes, infact you tend to find the synchro meshes in alot of french boxes tend to go n leave you with a crunch in one or two of the gates, its just how they are. Both the ford and vauxhalls have pretty good boxes to be honest just look for cars upto 50-60k, there should be shed loads mate

tell the dvla that bedford never did a 4 tonner autobox for the force's in the 50's or 60's

that includes the "S" type MK & TK & green goddess all came with 4/5 speed manual box

also if they accept he did it in 4 tonner he should get hgv entitlement lol

He has to get the forces to prove he passed first John as the DVLA are only going on the merits of the Canadian licence.

I dont think he could swing the HGV, I really dont think he took the medical at 45 years old as he was in Canada then
