East Midlands Meet Sunday 8th july 2012

well as asked at the last meet here is the date of the next midland meet, does anyone have a preference of where they want it to be? they are a few things that normally we need
1.... A Pub with carpark for 4 to 8 trucks or cars
2.... and open

or we could have it at the 2 usual places??
the anchor at oakerthorpe (big car park does not get full but shuts about 4)

so if you want to come put your name down and pick a place next to it the winning place is where the meet will be decided a week before we have it.

Unicorn Hotel at Gunthorpe, is a bit pricey, food never tried and parking can be a challange depending on the weather Unicorn Hotel.

Ferry Boat at Stoke Bardolph, reasonable, food decent and parking useually ok Ferry Boat.

Clock Warehouse at Shardlow, reasonable, food decent and parking useually ok Clock Warehouse.

Plank and Leggit at Sawley, reasonable, food decent and parking useually ok Plank and leggit.

Burnt Stump at Arnold, reasonable,food decent and parking can be a challange depending on weather Burnt Stump.

There we go a few suggestions for you all

Sorry we couldnt make it mate, the boiler has packed in today which is nice so ive had my mate over trying to get it running so we could have water but to no avail! so now were waiting for the engineer more spending

I had a great even day though 6.5 hrs was spent driving.
Ady you need to get landing lights on that aircraft carrier of yours
Hope some of the midlands mob can make the weekender in the woods in August
