Have you got the VIN plate of the one I am having the axel off buddy. Should confirm the ratio. No need for the actual identity number, just all the options etc. A photo of it would be cool. PM the picture if you can.

I'll get a pic tomorrow, think it'll be on the body or in the window somewhere, I'm having to send away for a V5 as the seller misplaced it but I have some old paperwork which does show the VIN. I'll take a pic of it tomorrow. Been told the ratio is 4.56:1 and its a 12 bolt Isuzu LSD

Should be on the bulkhead in the engine bay, much like a frontera

Don't doubt the ratio, but would be nice to double check. Saves a lot of potential hassle.

Out of interest, is it a coiler or leafer?

It is quite a nice drive actually with the 3.1 and a lot quieter Its leaf sprung at the rear

I know what you mean, and for now there are no plans to break it up, It seems in good condition so will tidy her up over the next few months and see where we are then My wife has taken a liking to it as well as its easier to drive being an auto so maybe going to do a 2" lift and put some decent AT's on and hang on to it while I'm here. Already have the MU on the go so going to carry on with that one as it is I think. And it seems extremely rare so might be worth hanging on to for the novelty factor at least

The one I'm breaking up is the 2.8 and it will be a donor to the MUtrol project

Joking apart, I bet you could demand the same money, if not more, than what a 2.8 SWB A could fetch. Subject to it being in top condition throughout, with the low mileage on your motor, I wouldn't be surprised if it touched the £1,000 mark on resale.
