Slindon (West Sussex) Off Road Day

Anyone interested in meeting up for the Slindon 4x4 Pay & Play Day on Sunday the 22nd of April ?

Cost is £30 per vehicle so no separate charges for passengers.

It's normally a good day with varied terrain and a bit of something for everyone. There's routes for standard vehicles to lightly modified to areas only for people with winches.

Last time we did this everyone met up at the local MacDonalds for breakfast and a re-fuel as it's next to a petrol station before heading to the site itself.

I would be interested in this one but cannot commit fully until closer to the time due to football commitments, ie; when and if we have a match etc - still nearly the end of the season so should be freer soon.

No worrys gents, theres no need to book anything as such with this as it's a pay on the gate job but obviously the more of us we can get together, then the more of a laugh we are likely to have.

Like wise if there's any Foggers from further afield that fancy this then there's plenty of local Travelodge / Premier Inn type places nearby that are pretty cheap for rooms or there's a huge volume of campsites all within a 5-10 mile radius if that's your thing ?

For me this will be the first bit of proper off roading I would have managed this year and due to other work comitments will also be the last probably until September / October time so the more people I can catch up with before then the better

Apologies and appreciate it's a bit late in the day, but I'm afraid I won't be able to make this one Mark.
Still fighting the the steering box replacement and got the last bolt to get off (no prizes for guessing which one) with the turbo replacement.
Maybe later in the year. Be good to do Slindon again.
