transglobe differencesive got a 1998 r reg'd frontera transglobe. i'd like to know what is different or special about it compared to a 'normal' frontera? does it mean i can drive it round the globe on a tank of diesel?

Re: transglobe differencesThere should be a TransGlobe brochure in the forum site somewhere - remember reading it a while back and it gives a brief insight to the expedition and the resultant commemorative cars.

Re: transglobe differencesthanks for that. it made for a very interesting read especialy the dimensions, weights, tow weights and mpg extimates. maybe when i eventually get the fuel guage working properly i can compare and it wont seem so thirsty

Re: transglobe differencesas ive mensioned on a different thread i am also a member of the austin a30 &a35 owners club and they hold annual rallies that are held in different european countries each year and owners and enthusiasts drive from all over europe to shows some even drove from holland one year to the uk in a 50 odd year old 1litre car. ive not been a member on here for very long but maybe there should be an annual frontera only show.
