Re: v6 swbThe 2.6 petrol can be found in the very early Troopers but not too many of them about these days.
All you need for the V6 conversion is the gearbox and engine and mounts along with the loom but the price you will pay for parts you might as well wait for a full car to come up for sale. Ste

Re: v6 swbMethinks retrofitting a V6 into your 2.0 sport might be more challenging than the Australian chappie mating one to his MU drivetrain...
The 2.6 is an Isuzu Z engine that they put in some Troopers as well, not common though. It may be that the box on the 2.6 is a direct mate to the V6 engines mentioned as the 3.2 used in the Frontera is also an Isuzu design. As Ste says though, you'll need engine, box and loom from a V6 if you want to stick it into your SWB. Jim...
