Yes they changed them at the beginning of November it's all done on line now and you just get a print out to keep.

The lady at the post office gave me a side ways look when I taxed the van, it was the first one she had seen

yea they have been out since november,one of the features is that the advisories are on the same page if any are issued.But seeing as its plain paper car traders have soon got wise to this and just tippex it and photocopy it.

you can check online yea,but most people dont bother just take the mot cert as a 12 month guarantee!! lol

Had my Frog tested 7th Nov & had to ask where my MOT cert. was! Reply from mechy. 'thats all you get now.....should be loads of forgeries around by next year'. Useless piece of paper in my opinion, at least the previos one LOOKED more official & professional.
This was the first time my Frontera ('97 Sport 2L & 96K mostly towing miles) has failed an MOT....just needed a new lamda sensor (feeew)! Cost more for the 2 MOT's than the part.
Apart from a bearing failier in the gearbox 6m ago it has been very reliable.
