Hiya foggers....  The FOG-B-Q will be at the Weekender in the Woods, it seems a good plan to stick up a list again of supplies needed for foggers to stick their names against... Thanks everyone for your support and contributions....  Below you will see 2 lists, one is for saturday, one for sunday...the idea being that we dont get someone coming sunday with all the breadrolls, and none on saturday (if that makes sense) PLEASE NOTE, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT IF YOU PUT YOUR NAME ON THE LIST BELOW AS BRINGING STUFF THAT YOU EITHER TURN UP WITH THE STUFF OR CALL ME BEFORE 8AM ON THE DAY IF YOU ARENT COMING SO WE HAVE A CHANCE TO SOURCE THE SUPPLIES THAT WE WILL BE MISSING!!! We now have a fridge and a freezer (donated by Fudge) up at the workshop so we will be able to keep 'dead stuff' cold or frozen over the weekend until needed for the 'chefs'.

Due to the change in format for the weekend, ie just a Saturday event with sleepovers friday night, and saturday night...the supplies needs to be reconsidered..
Heres my suggestion,
Those coming friday night bring whatever they wanna cook on the BBQ and either pool the stuff or cook your own...
Supplies list will now be for Saturday only as now no event on the Sunday...
Please adjust quantities to 10-15 people sooner than 20-25 originally, but with a view to covering more items instead so that the essentials get covered with the lower number of members attending.
