where do i begin, thank you all for a great annual meet once again. truck overheated on way home but still never went on the AA bus. Thanks andy for helping me home, phil for running me the garage, furball for his shinny tools to get rad out, gaz for the water bottles and drift for the pointing and laughing, nice to meet a few new faces and to meet greg. faces and names now match. and thanks horses and fam for food and raffle. some of the people of fog are legends like bobby for just fixing things that cant be fixed. thanks to everyone else who just happened to get a photo of me stuck from every possible angle and jase for supplying the trophies. TOP WEEKEND and look forward to seeing moor pics :D

(p.s. cheers to the landrover for getting me out) :D

still got a smile on my face, FOG strikes again, what a fantastic weekend,

well, lets start of with some thank yous, in no particular order,

first goes to all of you, for making fog what it has been for many years and many more to come, a fantastic site to be part of,
and for being there, with out you, it would be an empty field, lol

second goes to roo, cc and steph, for picking out the winners of the trophies

third goes to Jason, for the trophies, (can some one take a pic of a trophy and post it, cheers)

forth goes to the cosmic chefs, all three, for the BBQ, and for organising the raffle, well done guys, (and the bacon butties)

fifth goes to trugga, for putting the goody bags together,

sixth goes to avalanch for allowing us there, god help them if we go back,

now for some personal ones,

bobby, for being bobby, you are a star and a good mate, you ever need anything you have my number

Alfie, for getting stuck in on my truck

jay, for getting stuck in, on my truck,

rob, for getting stuck in, on my truck

and for any one else for getting under there, that i did not see,

Jason for donating a spare rack and going home to get it,

furball for driving Jason to get the rack,

drift, we have are moments but i still love you, and here no matter what happens.

simo, i was your AA relief, at least we got home, even though it took a few stops, and i ended up with the van on the back,

Lou, here is another grenade, what a fantastic girl, (bellies gone get yer)

some things are best left at the campsite, lol

if i have missed any one, please tell me, and will add you to my thank yous,

ps, big thanks goes to JEOH + Mrs H 2nd who traveled from Germany, was nice to meet you,

and to Greg, what every one said about you was true, just a big softy, was a pleasure to meet you,
flying solo, weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I got back ok. Me and andy seem to have swaped places because he drove home and I got recovered home :). I called them up, they said some1 will be there within the hr, 2 hrs later (and a very flat battery because we had the radio on) a flat bed turns up and picks me up. I have unpacked the boot, but not the back seats or front. Ive taken the battery out and stuck it on charge over night so hopfully tomorrow I'll be able to move it onto the drive instead of outside my neighbours living room window lol.

Damage report so far:
Gearbox bash plate....not good - hangin off on the N/S
A nice rattle from the rear axle, sounds like a few bolts in a washing machine.....:/
Aux belt tentioner pully rattles like a something or other
Oil leak from front of engine (Hence why I got recovered, unlike bobbins lol, I didnt wonna risk it)

Looks like Ive got a few things to get on with after work tomorrow :D thank god Im insured to drive other peoples cars again! or I'd have a long walk to cambridge :(

And of course, thank u to every1 that made this weekend happen! Had a great time, met some top blokes! I learnt a few new things and forgot a few old things too :) lol

Oh and NEVER give me any dog bite again!! holly crap that stuff mucks u up! had a banging hangover till about 4pm! not to mention going ass over t!t a few times lol.

A great weekend. Thanks to all who helped make it a weekend to remember.

Ah! those'll be Meezermums caravan keys!! :) He's nearly had the carpets out of the truck looking for them, we've had to get the spare set from my mate (Who's caravan it is)
I'll let him contact you to sort out postage etc.

On behalf of myself and Mutley in the "Illegal Immigrant truck" (ie the Disco) can I say thanks to all for making us welcome, for a great time and some good laughs. Special thanks to Simo for allowing me to practice recovering him from the bog.
Special thanks to all the members who worked tirelessly to put this event on and made the weekend the success it was.
Thanks to Bobby for even talking to a Landrover driver (from underneath Andys truck) and to Stuart for organising the laneing.

I hope that everyone manages to fix their trucks without too many tears from the Bank Manager.

PS. Can we come back next year?
