A Series need a bit of advice

Hi All.
Well im going to have a look at 1992(K) A series 2.4 manual tonight.
Now i have never driven an A Series before so what i would like to know is how to engage and disengage 4 wheel drive and to select Hi and Low gears.

On the transfer stick what is the positions for 2H,4L &4H.Not shown on gear stick.
