ive now got one
and today i ordered some new pads for my fronty. and it was £14.39 all in and the local motor parts shop quoted me £19.90+vat, so about £24ish so saving of £10

do i just make out i am starting out as a small work from home mobile mechanic because times are hard show them my papers and hey presto lol

gutted i just bought one of those nifty tool trolleys that were red and half price at 69 quid few weeks ago lol

If it's any consolation, you very rarely get any discount on anything that's already reduced

If the product is on offer they only usually give you and extra couple of quid off with a trade card so hardly worth it, so you didnt miss out on much

i had my card for a few years now

went in today to halfords an got bits to service the 2.2
got a gallon of castrol gtx 15 -40 plus oil filter an fuel filter and a bottle of STP Oil Treatment total price £21 odd

I started a new job 2 weeks ago with TPS (trade parts specialists) and one of the guys I work with told me that if I go in there with my first pay slip I will get a trade card. Result.

i pop into my local halfords quiet often and a lady at the parts desk gave me a trade card as i did spend a lot there over the years. just told her that i did fixing in spare time. byt the discounts are good.
