A couple of weeks ago I treated myself to a pocket 1080p camcorder for greenlaning. Yesterday I had ago at making a camera mount for it and this is what I ended up with. A bit primative I know but it works besides a very annoying vibration, this is only a quick knock up but plan to make a better one after some fine tuning. All it is made from is a piece of wood and a suction cup camera mount which I butchered because it never stuck to the windows. A short video to show you what its like. A good view, shame about the virations.

My mate made a camera mount but used the sucktions pad on the sat nav mount and the phone mounts you get. Its sticks to the window and you get a view of the bonnet and all the track.

I wanted a centre view but I think I may have to shorten it. Like I said, needs fine tuning then will make a better one.

Got mine from Poundland its the little tripod stripped down then screwed to the clock surround. Works a treet and can put most types of camera on that has a screw mount, just got to check distance from windscreen.
