V reg A series?

Hi guys. I spotted this on ye olde flea bay. Says it's a 2.5TDi on a V plate, but I thought the A series finished in 1998!

Might have been sold to someone in the UK armed forces in Germany as its RHD

When I worked for Vauxhall a lot of people used to debadge there cars and replace them with opel ones for some reason. Maybe just sat in a yard and been bought new in 99/2000. Sort of like Arnold Clark buy a load of cars leave them sitting in a yard for 2 year then sell them as brand new cars with massive savings lol..

I had a mate who bought a new Honda Fireblade brand new from a Big bike warehouse at massive saving on new price blah blah the usual crap they tell folk got it brought to Scotland and took it for it's first service mechanic got bits and the oil filter wouldn't fit checked frame number turned out the bike was 4 year old
