Thats about it oh well I can throw snowballs

Well i was up at 6 this morning to head up the slopes to go boarding and got some photo's. Unfortunately we got as far as Braemar and the snow gates were closed due to 5ft drifts on the road (waiting for a joke here ) Waited for a while but it became clear they weren't going to clear the road as the wind would have just filled it back in again so we just had to head home. Took a while to get there as well as we were doing 30/40 miles an hour cos the roads were so bad.

Snow was coming down thick last night



This was the main road to braemar this morning....somewhere...just aim for the bit with no trees!



Got down there and folk were sitting waiting at the gates



Gates were shut though



So we tried to bury my mate in the snow



You can just see how much snow was sitting on the cars in the centre of Braemar, defo over half a metre!



Roads home were definitely better though!

Years since I stayed in Braemar at the youth hostel and yes it was snowing like that and we had walked from Avimore two days it took

Finally we have about 1cm of snow, which means on the tops it should be pretty deep. Just took the day off work to go and play out like a 5 year old in my truck ill update later.

Ive just been out to turn triggers broom over and she went two glows and first turn, best bit it was minus 9 on the reader
And today we have clouds, so may get some snow

And I have to take a starter motor off a Musso in the street I fecking hate that car and its not even mine

Its snowing here on the costa del mud...was proper hard a few minutes ago , but now a bit lame like its not really trying...

More is forcast for in the night....

Took some pickies but they look cr4p as only a little bit starting to lay...just looks like a heavy frost!
