Has anyone used any FAI drive or timing belts ? Any probs ? Are they as reliable as a Gates belt ? Just asking cos going to change mine as a matter of course along with the timing belt. G.

They're about on the same level as Quinton Hazel, never ever had any trouble with any of their products, drive belts and timing belts alike. Been using their products for about 14 years or so.
There are only 2 tools in life: Gaffa tape and WD40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the gaffa tape, if it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.

You doing yours or garaging it? fancy a gander if its DIY, I dont do engines normally.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but currently looking at the dayco kits on ebay, good or bad? Just need to know (particularly cam belt) that I'm getting decent quality.
Someone mention laning? Just tell me when and where!
