this only happens when i brake suddenly as if im coming upto a set of traffic lights for instance as i did today
as anyone any idea
as of what needs to be replaced

It could be tyres/pressures, worn shocks, warped discs/worn pads, shock bushes, sticky caliper, thats what I would check first :|
