Spot on Boxy

I am usually enthusiastic with the water plunge but I have seen some sights through the car wash, even had to tow one guy in a drowned 2.8 fronty 20 miles back to Capel Curig where we where all staying as his engine sucked in water at the car wash

Some random car wash pics and vids Ive taken from FOG over the years (I hate calling it the car wash) but cant remember the name





This does not look deep but it is, the water is deeper on the other side of the car as thats where the flow in the river was coming from.

Its a nice crossing and levels quickly after a lot of rain, but if its had some water out of the sky the current is very powerful.

its called the river dee, or that could be the other one

Its not its the Afon Alwen a tributary of the Dee though

And the crossing is at Glanalwen, which in English means the bank or shore of the river Alwen
