I echo Gregs sentiments, I have been lanning offroading with all manor of cars capable and non capable, I have got places (with much effort) that this monster couldn't

, it was just a situation that worked for me in snow where that cars power was to much for it to gain traction.

A well prepared LR will kick a well prepared Frontera's nuts in most situations but as already mentioned Frontera's excel in other areas, all is a compromise and dependant on what the user wants from a car or is willing to pay.
A bonus is Frontera's very often surprise many other 4x4 owners with their capabilities and the home made modifications we conjurer up as owners with a bit of ingenuity.

So lets not hate other 4x4 owners, but let just surprise them now and again :wink:

This thread for me was not about hateing other 4x4 owners. I think some of the comments, mine certainly may have been mis-read because in my eyes its light hearted banter on a Frontera forum which is what i would expect.
Co-operation not only between Frontera owners but all 4x4 drivers is paramount in all aspects of the 4x4 community as a whole.
