SIII LR to 2.0i Fronty

OK, so after getting a shiny DTi I'm a bit wary about greenlaning it in case I get it dirty

So a thought that had occurred to me was to off load my nearly renovated Series III landy and use the money to get an old ('93/'94) 2.0i sport instead for the £400 mark. The SIII is probably worth around £600 in its current state , and I've seen a few sports knocking about for £400 ish, so what would I absolutely have to do to the sport to take it greenlaning without getting stuck every 5 mins ?

nothing mine never got stuck every five minutes thery do well ok i had muds tyres on but even on road tyres they do well all 4x4 can get stuck

Yeah , sorry I should have said I'd be putting some appropriate tyres on, but if I can get away with that I'd be happy.

You will do fine with a 2 litre sport....set of tyres on it and away you go...

Check out the reviews in the SE section here and you will see my little white leafer going everywhere and doing everything and that is totally stock except for tyres and manual front hubs...
They are awesome little cars mate and worth at least twice wot you pay for em....

My old sport did very well on laning days with just AT tyres on and no other mods, miss that car
