I just renewed my car insurance on Sunday with Admiral,as my wife to be likes them,and we could not be bothered to phone around,as we are really busy.
So we told the chap on the phone about all the mods on mine,he said that is fine,it goes up £10.52,so i said ok.
To day i get the paper work its got,you going to love this,it says
We note your car is modified,and the mods are side skirts and it has been lowered

Are they taking the pee, i said to Claire,so we gets on the phone,and tells them again about the mods again,all going well till i said its got a snorkel,
And they said,that they could not insure me because i had that and refunded my money back on to my card,but one thing,its Tuesday night and most places are shut,and now i have no insurance

But if i did not check this,and i got pulled by the police,and the police did a check on my truck i would have got done,as the insurance would have been voided.

So people check your insurances

One of the most important things to check is.......Is the driver covered.
A lot of insurance policies don't cover the driver unless you ask them to.
It's a big scam as most accidents happen to people who are alone in the car therefore the driver.
Even fully comprehensive policies!!!!!!.

I left admiral cause they were usless.

i have an extra policy for myself an passengers but when you read it you dont get much for been dead even a child is worth so little if that makes sense.

it was mostly in case something happend to my wife an i an theour son left

I'm with Noel Dazely, IVe got a big list of things done, and another of projects likely before the policy is over. I asked for greenlane cover and none competative off road. All comes in cheaper than my V6 that stays on road.

I've been with LV for years. 2 years ago I got a voucher for £50 off with the post office. Although it would have been £20 cheaper to go with them I stayed with LV cos the following year that discount wouldn't apply and I'd be changing again. The guy I spoke to said 'we're brokers. if you can get it that cheap, stay with them!' I have, but I'll check out some of the names you've come up with next time.
