I am in a bit of a dilemma, I am possible moving to South Africa and don't know if I should take my Frontera with me. I have had it from new and really looked after it, so the question is did they ever sell these in SA, or are the main components available ie engine, gearbox (auto), and rear diff as sometimes they re-badge cars in another name?
If not I will need to find a loving home for it?

Some people are like Slinkies... not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

Well I have done a lot of searching myself and it seems to be there are no Frontera's in SA, Isuzu made something that was similar but totally different engine and I assume transmission so I guess she will have to be sold. Where is the best place to advertise my car, is it eBay?

I am not allowed to, I have been a member for 4 years but apparently I have not posted enough posts so the management will not allow me. I can understand why to stop people using this site for free advertising but at 4 years I do not think that applies to me. Maybe I should have had a more unreliable car continually asking for help or something!

You can advertise under the longevity rule we have We have a rule on the time your a member regardless of post counts (as long as you have a few posts ) we dont shout about it as some traders join and wait until they need to sell So before everyone shouts how evil we are its all in the interests of the members so we can make sure the car is genuine and so is the seller, a lot of times you can follow the history of a car on the site. We will not tolerate anyone joining to just sell a car, that is just free advertising.......go to ebay or automart. So short and tall you can sell here
