only if your taxing the car as the car class changes too disabled an you get free road tax cause we have the badge for my wife an soon my son

i would say you have to inform dvla of any medical condition that affects your driving

so if its you cant walk far then the answers is no but having dizzy spells yes


there more stringent if its a vocational licence

Yup ive got one for me. He's entitled to free road tax too if its for his car.
If he doesnt own a car, the badge can be used in any car he is in at the time.
