baby seat issues!

Hi all,

I have a baby due in July and cannot find a child seat that will fit the back seat of my beloved 3 seater frontera - "M" reg.

Anyone managed to solve this problem??

I have a 3yr old and one of 18mths. They both sit in car seats fitted to a LWB A Series, J Reg. That we've had almost a year.

Both the seats are britax ones. You may need to get a big car seat, with the baby inserts, as the small car seats, designed for new borns, can look a bit small in there.

we had a britax first class.
its from birth to four years,starts about £139

when we bought it we had the sport and it fitted fine well worth the money

Think the one I had when Jess was born and I had my shorty we used the seat out of her pram an "urban detour sherpa." fitted a treat, sadly the car was written off and I got the LWB very soon after and we used it in that too.

I used a Graco seat with a compatible base that the seat latches to. The base is held onto the seat via the seat belt. The base also has a telescopic leg that fits in the footwell. Only used it on the front passenger seat and worked fine, could try it on the rear seats if you like and report back with the model name etc.

Child seats fronty sport= bad back. We have a graco which I can have in the front as i have no air bags It also swaps to the rear of the wifes laguna.
