engine section???
Help, can anyone tell me why the engine section is inaccessible? Really need to find the post in there on engine coolant so i can refill mine before it gets dark, otherwise i'm walking to work in the morning

Posts in that section were moved to the appropriate dedicated engine section two or three weeks ago

Doh! Any ideas where i can find the in depth instructions then to refill the coolant? had to replace a hose so lost quite a bit and need to refill. Had a hunt and running out of daylight now!

well, just went to hell with it and filled it up. Disconnected hose, filled up rad, put coolant back down disconnected hose and reconnected. Topped up expansion bottle and it seems ok after a quick run. Fingers crossed its ok after work runs tomorrow

likewise and unfortunately its now dark. Did have a good rummage but ran outta time. Can see its going to take a while to find some of the posts again...why oh why didn't i bookmark them!

nope, think it was a generalised one so not sure where to find stuff like that now

I will draw attention to this thread in Moderators area,hopefully that will get a definitive answer for you

The posts where distributed to the relevant engine areas, so say it was for bleeding the fuel on a 2.2dti the post would have been moved to 2.2 diesel, or what oil do you use in a 2.8, that would have went to 2.8 section.
If the OP didnt have a make in the post the sig was checked for their model and if relevant the thread would have been moved to that section. Ste

It was in General Discussion, Admin should be moving it to the How To section shortly for ease of access.
