Re: urgent bulk head fixDepending on the location of the split it can sometimes be bolted together as an alternative to welding.

Re: urgent bulk head fixFrom memory I think the right hand side may not be boltable with ease, top left certainly is cause thats where mine split. Not anywhere near the truck till monday so cant check but if it is the pedals will deffo have to come out to enable easier access.
Its hard to explain but the bulkhead is flat and the panel that the pedals bolt to is a sort of wide U shape spot welded to the bulkhead. It is possible to drill through and carefully hold a nut at the rear with one finger while pushing the bolt through. Will be obvious when you look at it/remove the pedals. Took me a few attempts and I think I lost about 6 nuts down the gap. However, if the split is nowhere near the gap then its a weld only job.
