yer right ste it is jellys old car (checked the reg in members rides) i think he sold it on a while back so the welding must've have prooved too much for whoever bought it

I've just sent the seller a few questions ......

Has the passanger side floor pan been welded and if so, was it done professionally and to MOT standards??
Has the Driver Side floor Pan been welded and if so, was it done professionally and to MOT standards ??
Has the car been checked profeesionally after a full frontal crash by the previous owner ?? Too whom is known to myself and a fair few other members on a popular Frontera website.
And is he aware that none of the above are listed in his advert, and he may be liable for civil proceeding against him for false advertising.

Let's see what is response will be !!!!

when you ask a seller a question or 2 are they automatically shown on the listing page or can the seller just delete any ackward questions & ignore any such contact ?
the sellers taking the p..s if hes aware of the work needed & not disclosing it

yep was my car and a bit of welding is an understatement and certanaly wouldnt give him the money he wants for it both sills and and floor pans needed welding and there were various parts that until recently were still in my garage was going to be a summer project but various other things had to come first sadly bloody ex wives and solicitors

Glad I spotted that, Dave was fair and descriptive with what was wrong with the car when he was selling it here, I would hate one of our members or anyone else for that matter buying it from that ebay seller without knowing how bad the rust problem was.

Shame as its a nice looking motor even in the flesh and certainly would fool the casual buyer.

Lump and box I think refers to engine and gearbox, ie buy and break her.

well lets see ebay buyer protection in motion. hopefully those who want to bid take a look see first. Too many cars been resold buy people, i never thought there was so many scammer in the world until i started using ebay and gumtree

Hence why the carpet is missing!!!

3. Has the car been checked professionally after a full frontal crash by the previous owner resulting in a diy rebuild??

4. Your listing says ..... Only one sill needs welding !!!!

Funny that, boths sills are completely rottem, I take it you have already repaired one of them, again, to MOT standards ????

So why not repair the other ?????

Myself and one or two other members of a well known Frontera website know the two previous owners of this truck. Hence why we know so much about it.

It is in a dangerous condition, and if stopped and checked by Vosa would be taken off the road.

I hope your listing will be changed as Ebay have been informed to the condition the truck is in and the fact your listing is misleading.

It's funny how he's had ALL that welding done, but not repaired the rotten sills !!!!

And I can guarantee, he was not even aware of the previous frontal damage !!!

Me thinks I can Smell some BU!!SH!T coming from someone's computer in Burton On Trent.
