What is the longest distance FOG express

Just dropped the caravan down to Gregs workshop and it was commented on how much distance it had travelled from north Wales to Maidstone, which got us wondering, what's the furthest we have FOG expressed anything, how big was it, and how long did it take?

The caravan has been on the move for about 4 weeks, and did about 270-300 miles
Traffic lights in London are just rough guidelines
