In wheel electric motors! How about four of them! Computer controlled! Regenerative braking! No slip no wasted power! No axles in the way!
Why are they only putting them on as a rear end option?

But it wouldn't have that Grunt Sound and you wouldn't be in charge of the gears and all that delicate footwork.
So..........OK for work just press the pedal and go anywhere but not much fun never getting stuck. And it is the risk of getting stuck and having everyone watch that makes getting through so much fun isn't it.

Why stick it in a wee car like the corsa that gonn struggle to clear a speed bump never mind a climbing over a hill. Maybe in weather like this it would be ok, they could of put in it in a car a decent car or a people carrier i would of said fine but a corsa offroader i think not

Why should 4x4 mean off roader. Sure it would be better in a bigger car, but then you end up with a audi quattro something, of a Volvo AWD, VW 4Motion. I have a VW Passat Estate 4 Motion and while it wont go anywhere real deep off road it is handleing the snow and ice as well if now better that the fronty as its only 2 wheel drive when its 90% road and 10% snow.

Have had 4x4 Siearra & mondeo before getting the Passat, Fronty has always been there as well but its got a total different use

if it was at a standard height then i would not complain except i frigging hate corsas but they have raised the ride height therefore they thinking off roader.
