Re: B***** DMF!!! - Advice needed!Link is dead for me
Re: B***** DMF!!! - Advice needed!link seams to be ok 4 me. just a shame there aint a pic of it so youand other ppl could compare it.
Re: B***** DMF!!! - Advice needed!Depends on the cars principle usage, reduced flywheel weight will mean reduced kinetic energy which will probably result in more frequent downward gear changes & may well have more vibration at idle.
Re: B***** DMF!!! - Advice needed!Mostly gets used on road, not too much offroad.
It's always ticked over like a dying tractor, do you think it would make that much difference? V6 Isuzu Vehicross
Re: B***** DMF!!! - Advice needed!Yep,you will need to get it onto Tech 2 scanner & have the idle speed increased,as it will very "lumpy"
Re: B***** DMF!!! - Advice needed!Thanks!
Took Gypsys advice and got a new DM flywheel and clutch. Got what I think was a fantastic bargain. Brand new flywheel and clutch (off the back of a brand new unused crated engine) £235 all in!!! Being fitted right now........ V6 Isuzu Vehicross
