help vauxhall non fronty engin advice please

hello all
first off i know its a frontera site but i have a question . my mate has just blown his head gasket in a big way and iv got the job of fixxing it yay . its a v reg 2000 astra 1.4 16v . question is im not shore if its a z14xe or a x14xe dose anyone know wot is diffrent between the 2 so i can try and work out witch head set n cam belt kit to get

Can you not read it on the block?

Think its stamped on a web @ the gearbox end (front ) of the engine, you may need to clean it up carfully with some emery tape to see it.
