Help for Heroes and the family FOG

Hi everyone
Im just going to tell you that im doing a charity event for Help for Heroes next May .This event is called ,Barcelona Bangers if you want to visit the website its http://www.Barcelonabangers.co.uk ( 2010 may) if you look under teams i am team 26 . Where the family FOG comes into it ,im doing it in my Frontera a l reg 2.3td ,at the moment its a bit worse for ware as the back springs have gone south i took one apart today and it fell apart in my hand , the sump has a crack in it , and the a front disc has a warp , Im going to spray this vehicle in the Help for Heroes colours in which i got permission to do so and use it hopefully by the end of january as a awareness vehicle for Help for Heroes and as you can gather it will attract a lot of press so im looking for sponsors ,donations and parts if possible and in return i can place a advert on the side of the fronty ive also been given an oppurtunity to sell Help for heroes merchandise , wrist bands,, t shirts etc , so if you fancy helping me please do. I would just like to add that im suffering for my cause ive had to park the fronty up to work on it, and now i have drive a bmw about the horror the shame

Just dropped the space between the words , this spring i took out today is totally scrap

Well got the rear spring of and seperated all the componements with out to much struggle ,i only had to resort to violence with the angle grinder once ,That spring was totally scrap and the shocker also decided to leave half the bush on the mounting point ( any ideas on how to replace the bushes ) is it alright to reuse the u bolts again , Just one more Question when replace the bushes i intend to lube them with copper grease will this persih the bushes (rubber) over time

If you noticed that i put this fronty up for sale in fronty for sale section , i have now changed my miond back to the original plan , and Help for heroes fronty is back on

I'm assuming by springs you mean suspension springs? You could try contacting Milner to see if they are willing to donate a pair in exchange for a sticker on your truck?

you could try Brigg springs , he makes springs for anything

Thanks for the support guys , im in the procees of refitting them , just waitng for the paint to dry around the spring hangers , and if i need an extra pair if hands i will give you a shout , Shrekkies i gather you will know tystark then
