One Year on-MOT time already

Amazing what you come across when you're not looking for it, aint it?

Looking through all my "car related" bits of paper this afternoon, I came across this piece of paper in a nice shade of pale blue.

MOT!

Runs out today!

Mad panic ensued,on the blower to local garages, SUCCESS!!

Booked in for tomorrow morning.

Hoping for a good result, shouldn't be any problems but, sometimes I could swear they invent things just to get some more cash out of you.

Fingers crossed eh!

Leave some stuff with Frontera Owners Group lying around on the front seats or dash, preferabley print off some technical bumph thats easy to see, bet they dont try and pull the wool over your eyes as they may will know you have a clue what to look for

I'm hoping that "FronteraOwners.co.uk" on both front and rear screens will give them that impression.

Plus, the missus put her own sticker on the back, i.e. "I can go from 0 to b*#*h in 2.5 seconds"

The local garage knows what she's like when she don't get what she wants.

Move to France; MOT every two years.
50% les panic.
Same panic but less often.
Suppose now I'm going to have to check me papers as me memory, if I've got one, might have got me in trouble yet again.

I bang on a pair of smaller wipers for the MOT, doesnt touch the stickers then

Garage phoned me this morning.
One brake light bulb+small spot of welding on offside near the seat belt mounts.

Good news considering the long list of advisories last year.

Should get it back tomorrow.
