my frontera is bleeding

after returning from holiday i noticed some liquid dripping from the drivers side front wing next to were the bumper starts did a taste test (not very nice) seems to be wash fluid just to confirm this found some red food colouring yes the drip is now red and started to run down the drive way .

how do i get to the washer bottle any help would be good .

Easy peasy that is but before going down that route look at the filler where it passes through the inner wing......can you see the water level ??

I have this very afternoon been fixing a leak on mine,thought it was another leaking pump but it turned out to be the rubber grommet that seals the filler neck to the tank,so wound about 15 turns of PTFE tape around the neck where it passes through the grommet & it has sealed it

If this is not the case post here & I will write up early with piccy`s

Not sure about the B series bud, but if its not in the engine compartment, it will be under the wheelarch.
You may be able to see it if you lie under the car.

i have managed to get the thing out
what a fuss (am going to take wheel off when refitting)

the problem is the small tube at the bottem of the pump has broken where it conects to the outlet pipe ,
i have had a look on vauxhalls EPC the pump is not a seperate item comes with whole tank
any ideas as i just need a pump ?

also going to put clear silicone round seals when refitting

You could try aftermarket but be warned the pump shown in Halfords application list is totally wrong

Best bet for Halfords is to take the actual pump in with you and compare them in store. Thats what I did and mine is still going. It is an A series tho.
