Past couple of days i have had a strange metallic "chinking/clickin" noise from the rear today jacked the back end up to spin wheels listening for noise and it appeared to come from the passanger side,Shook wheel to check for play ...nothing,took wheel off to look for anything no leaks or anything else that might be obvious so put the wheel back on Took it for a spin up the road and it has developed a vibration not all the time but when it does appear its at the same time as the noise and is apparant when accelerating Any ideas as to what it might be could it be the bearing even though theres no play and no leaks?or the diff? or propshaft even Any help would be appreciatted as i am now on a tight time schedule with the welsh weekend in 5 days time and if it ain't fixed and i can't get the wife to let me take the jeep i won't be going

Done the brakes and squeeged as much grease into prop as i could and all seems better now...Except when i had it jacked up on the one side i was turning the raised wheel to move prop so i could get at the nipple (stop laughing at the back) if iturned it slow no probs but when i turned it fast (checking for noises) it stopped dead as if it jammed or the brakes caught turned again slow it was fine,Fast stopped drove it down the road all seemed fine any ideas??
