Well it all came about with my 2.2 eml light coming on with an egr code cleaned egr,replaced pipes still the same so asked on here for any mechanic/garage recomendations and nothing came of that asked around had a couple of suggestions but all the quotes was "well it could be anything and could cost anywhere from £350-£1400"

So before it cost me such i traded it in and have now got a .......Jeep cherokee see i told you it wasn't THe dark side of the green oval but close

Its a 2.5 turbo diesel so i'll be doing a bit of lurking in the vm section and 1st impressions are good it goes hell of a lot quicker than the 2.2 i'd even say it was quicker than my 2.8 but maybe its a lighter car

Please don't hold this slip up against me i still have my 2.8

only if its a later one, I am cutting a fronty up next week, if you want a CHASSIS for it!!


Never mind matey..they are alright really...check out some of the sites in the states, there are some awesome SAS'ed ones out there on the rock crawling scene...

I've had a 4 litre Cherokee in the past.
Performance wise they have tons of grunt and on the whole i enjoyed owning one.
The down side, as already stated, is the chassis.

And an added bonus i was checking the car out reading the hand book and such and its got a limited slip diff very nice

Don't know what difference it will make but it sounds good
