Sals swb is a P reg mate, but I think I have seen them on an R too in swb.
Dont know if the Swb and lwb finished at the same time?

think it might be late 97 early 98 when the then started to bring in the B series

its a T reg didnt think they went that
long and if im right they didnt make a
2.8 in the B series.

not as far as i know unless it sat round a dealers yard for a few years then got registered or its had a lump transplant


when i worked for bristol street motors back in early 70's i found a pb cresta in the car parking field it had been there for about 7 yrs under an inch of protective wax/grease & dirt when cleaned up it was perfect the guvnor had it for himself

They only produced the Frontera 2.8 from 1995 to 1996 they range from M reg to P reg though it could be possible to get an R reg if it had been sitting on a garage forecourt for a very long time but I aint seen one yet.
At an M reg be careful its not a trooper engine dropped into a 2.3, the suspension will be leaf sprung and easy to spot the conversion if it has.

Could be a conversion, should have the 2.8 TD badges on the boot door.

From 96 on they replaced the 2.8 with the 2.5TDS motor

try a de-catted, de-EGR'd 2.8, its wakey wakey time, and my fuel pump aint fettled
